With 18+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve collaborated with Health Care Professionals across various therapeutic areas and delivered training in sales, leadership, and more. Since founding Leap Health, I have had the pleasure of working The PFS and The CII in various areas over the last 5 years. My expertise in driving workplace wellbeing and performance has demonstrated results not only in finance, but also in education, NHS, life sciences, law, and manufacturing.
I’m passionate about how lifestyle and “Energy for Impact” catalyse both health and performance, driving personal and professional success, for individuals and organisations.
For years, I’ve championed health and energy, for peak performance, way before it became the norm! Organisations and individuals who neglect this limit their potential.
Most importantly I am a busy parent of 3 lively children. I value the importance of making small healthy steps to support my longevity, relationship & happiness with them.
