Speaker Bios:
Tom Jaffrey

Tom joined the company in August 2025 as a Business Development Manager. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with professional financial advisers across the Midlands. He has spent his professional career to date working in the investment management and wealth industries in the UK. He has worked for Coutts & Co, Morgan Stanley, and The Blackfinch Group and is proud to say he loves his job especially working with financial advisers. Tom graduated from Newcastle University in 2008 with a degree in Ancient History. He has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Oxford University Private Markets Investment Programme. Tom is married with two daughters and enjoys all things sport, music, literature, ice baths, and investments. He has completed a few marathons, an ultra-marathon, has an awful padel back hand and his favourite book is On the Road by Jack Kerouac.
Gabrielle Park

Gabrielle joined the company in 2021 as a Funds Support Analyst, before moving to the Multi-Asset Team in 2022. Gabrielle is an Assistant Fund Manager across the Multi-Asset strategies and is a key member of the team managing our award-winning MPS. Gabrielle graduated from Newcastle University in 2019, top of her cohort with a First Class Honours in BSc Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
Luke Hyde-Smith

Luke joined the company in February 2017. Luke is Co-head of Multi Asset Strategies at the firm and is lead manager of the Waverton Real Assets Fund and Waverton Absolute Return Fund. He is a key team member responsible for managing a range of multi asset strategies at the firm, including the award winning MPS. He has built and developed the collective investment selection process and continues to focus on the selection of alternative investments for the firm. Luke has also worked at New Star Asset Management and SG Private Bank. He has a BA Hons degree from Manchester University and is a CFA Charterholder.
