In our first session of the day, I’ll take you through the process I use personally, and teach to all my clients, on how to sharpen up your view of your own future.

11:15 - 12:30 Session 2 - Improving execution

As the old saying goes, business is 10% strategy and 90% execution. You can have the best business plan in the world, but if you can’t put it into action effectively, you’re nowhere. Great execution skills are not about getting more done. They’re about getting done the stuff that will make the biggest difference to your success. In this session I’ll give you a powerful tool that will help you do just that, and super charge your efforts to scale.

No one achieves anything in life on their own. And if you want to build an amazing business, assembling a great team that performs as a team is vital. There’s one particular team structure that seems to work best for helping advisers be uber-productive, and that’s what we’re going to look at in this session.

15:15 - 16:30 Session 4 - Here’s how it works in practice

For our final session we’ve got a special guest business owner live on stage with Brett. You’ll have a chance to ask them questions directly about their business growth, how they’ve approached the scaling challenge, and anything else that’s on your mind as today’s materials sink in.

You will be able to download your CPD Certificate from the PFS website after the event, and will receive an email with the link once we have recorded your attendance online. Although we do our best to do this as soon as possible after a workshop, in some circumstances this may take a few days. If you are not able to download your CPD Certificate after 7 working days please email power@pfsevents.org to clarify this.
