London Chartered Connections Breakfast, Q1 2019

About the Event

Equity Release - a lawyer's perspective on good practice

The content of this presentation will give an insight into what an Equity Release specialist lawyer would look for in the deeds to a Property, what is required as a minimum by the Lender's Solicitors acting in the drawdown in an Equity Release mortgage and how this affects your clients and your client's ability to proceed quickly with the mortgage.

In addition we will explain additional advice which your clients may require in order to protect themselves and their ability to get the most out of their Equity Release mortgage post completion.
