Daisey Howes - National Bereavement Service

The National Bereavement Service, part of Octopus Legacy, is a UK-based organisation dedicated to supporting people through grief and helping organisations to better understand and respond to bereavement in their workplaces. 

What the session will cover:
The training will give you a solid overview of bereavement, including what the FCA expects of you, what grief can look and feel like, how to have supportive conversations, and how faith and culture can shape someone's experience of grief. The focus is on building confidence and giving you practical tools that you can use going forward.
